Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Items that have been damaged may be returned for a full refund, please send me a photo. Shipping for damaged returns is paid by me. Undamaged product return shipping is paid by you and must be approved to be returned.

  1. If you are replacing a damaged item for a replacement, it will be shipped to you free of charge. If you are returning a damaged product for a refund, you will be credited the full product cost, minus initial shipping.
  2. If you choose to replace an undamaged item, you pay return shipping and the replacement product will be shipped to you at your expense.
  3. If you choose a store credit, the product cost will be credited to your account once we have received the product shipped back to us at your expense.
